Happy New Year!
Hope your holidays were merry and bright!
I'm slowly easing back into the blogging thing.
We had a fantastic time with my family here. They stayed from the 23rd to the 26th, and we ate a ton, laughed lots, and just felt extremely blessed to be together. They all lost electricity after a winter storm in Nebraska, but were able to make it out of there and come down to Texas where it's civilized! I sure don't miss those Nebraska winters.
Jada and Cici are growing up so fast...they are just too cute for words. Their interactions are hilarious. They are only eighteen months apart, so they are best friends and even display some of the qualities that I imagine twins might have. They feed off of each other like they have been spawned from the same exact cells. Hopefully we'll get back to Nebraska this summer to see them again.
This pic was taken on a break from tossing them onto the bed. They would run toward me, and then I would grab them and plop them onto the bed to crash into the pillows. Oh the giggling that ensued! Hopefully Angela and I will be blessed enough to have a couple of little squirts like these soon. Our second insemination attempt will happen this month if all goes according to plan.
All for now. Best wishes for a great '07!
